Energy Trust of Oregon is the program administrator for solar incentives within Portland General Electric and Pacific Power service territories. Anyone that is NOT served by these two electric utilities is NOT eligible for Energy of Trust solar incentives.

PGE Solar Incentives
Portland General Electric solar incentives are a flat cash rebate paid to the solar installer, not the homeowner (business owners get to choose whether it goes to them or not).

Pacific Power Solar Incentives
Just like PGE, the Pacific Power solar incentive is a flat cash rebate paid to the solar installer, not the homeowner. (businesses get to choose whether or not it goes to them or the installer).
$900 per project.

Solar Within Reach Program
The Solar Within Reach program provides a cash rebate to help low-income households be able to afford installing solar in Oregon which helps them have more money to spend each month by lowering their electric bills.
In order to qualify, your household must not exceed the program limits, which are:

Potential Incentive Amount
How much you will receive is then based on the size of the solar power system you decide to install. The maximum of $1.40 per watt and an incentive cap of $8,400 per home.
